Overview

Variety

In accordance with the different processing methods, generally can be divided into two types of mechanical weaving paper blankets and acupuncture papermaking blankets. Mechanism papermaking blankets are made of wool and nylon yarns, which are then shrunk, fluffed, and dried.

The width of papermaking blankets is generally 1~10m, and the widest one is up to 16m, of which the usage of 1.3~3m is the largest. The length is 4~130m, the quantification is 500~2500g/m2, the dryer dry blanket has a ration of 1200~4000g/m2, and the usage amount is generally 1500~1800g/m2. High-quality papermaking blankets generally have a resistance line of up to 100N/cm and a maximum of 160N/cm. They are suitable for papermaking at a speed of 1000 to 1800m/min and a service life of 90 to 180 days.
