In order to better reward the distinguished guests, on the evening of Saturday, SHIATZY CHEN held a static show and VIP dinner for the Autumn/Winter 2016 “Magic Mirror Journey” at the Ritz-Carlton Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur. Invited many celebrities, international media and branded VIPs to participate in about 160 people. The friends of the brand with the arrogance and femininity of Xu Dao and Michelle Yeoh were also guests. They added a lot of starlight to the whole event.

The static exhibition will integrate the autumn/winter 2016 theme “Travel and Dust” into the exhibition. It will showcase the latest 30 sets of women's, men's and accessories collections from SHIATZY CHEN. Its design is inspired by the Chinese fantasy novel “Journey to the West”, a fusion of western 19th-century Victorian romantic styles. Modern and modern techniques are used to express the outline of the fashion. The elements of light rock and New Oriental are produced through different forms of reorganization.

Ms. Chen Caixia, the design director and brand soul figure, also came to the scene to personally participate with the team in every aspect of the static exhibition layout.

Embroidery, printing, or exclusive development of fabrics are meticulously described in the series with unusual designs; and the armor required for combat has been transformed into all kinds of vests and girdles, implying the hardships and difficulties of learning the path.

Men's clothing reinterprets the details of the garments in a subtle way. Because of the brand's insistence on classic craftsmanship, whether it is the collar, the threshold or the cut line, it all releases the introverted elegance.

The exhibition area is even more ingenious with the use of red acrylic mirrors or yarns to reproduce the scene of “Kousi-dong” with novel geometric techniques. It gives infinite tension and imagination, and the enthusiasm to learn from it will be hidden.

Another highlight of the dinner was the modern dance performance of “The Magic Mirror Journey to the West”, which was performed by dancers from Taiwan. The five male dancers were respectively the Tang Sanzang (kind and firm), the Sun Wukong (brave and agile), and the Pig (absolute sincerity). Shawjen Net (Guanyi Muhne) and Cattle Devil (Ambitious Domineering), the two female dancers interpret the important characters in the Journey to the West, such as spider fine (funny) and iron fan princess (hard and soft). It is worth mentioning. All seven dancers wore Xia Zi? Chen tailored dance suits to demonstrate the brand's aesthetic requirements for uniforms and art culture.
