Recently, the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Tianjin Binhai New Area conducted quality monitoring of 20 batches of knitted underwear produced by 19 companies in 9 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities including Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Jilin, Shandong, Guangxi, Hubei, Beijing and Shanghai in the circulation field. , 4 batches of products failed, passing rate of 80%.

The spot check is based on GB18401-2010 "National Basic Safety Technical Specification for Textile Products", GB5296.4-1998 "Consumer Instructions for Use Textiles and Garments Instructions", GB/T8878-2009 "Cotton Knitted Underwear", and the products' express standards and quality. Indicators, focus on detection of formaldehyde content, pH, color fastness to water, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to soaping, fiber content, rate of change in size after washing, ball burst strength, pilling , odor, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, product instructions and other 13 indicators. The results showed that Shantou City Gekai Garment Industry Co., Ltd. Men's elastic cotton jacquard underwear, Zhejiang Airlines Boat Knitting Co., Ltd. Men's cotton vest, Guangdong Ruiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. Yisheni Women's Camisole, Jiangsu Van Cleef & Arpels Textile Technology Development Co., Ltd. Bao Nasi ultra-fine cotton men's vests and other 4 batches of products failed. The main problems include three batches of fiber content, one batch of rubbing fastness, and one batch of water wash size change rate indicators failed.
